Physical books and delivery

At this time, Ghost Moth Press do not send physical books outside the UK. This may change at a future date. This is due to the high cost of shipping and customs as it currently stands with regards to the United Kingdom’s policies.

Ebooks

Digital book files may be sold outside the UK and via third party websites that we have authorised. We cannot account for foreign tax rates or change foreign sales laws. It is the duty of each person who buys from a foreign country to ensure that they comply with their country’s law.

Copyright

Each product, whether digital or in paper, is subject to the protection of International copyright law. The rights to publish these books are asserted by the authors and Ghost Moth Press as official publisher. Ebooks purchased from us (or our authorised third party outlets), or gifted to the recipient via legal purchase, giveaway or other authorised promotional activity, that are subsequently illegally uploaded to third party websites will be pursued with takedown notices and further legal action wherever found. Book piracy directly hurts this small press and authors. It will not be tolerated. Identified culprits will be banned from future purchases, and may face prosecution.

Ecoupons, gift cards, other promotional codes

A code may be issued to offer a discount, or a free item offer. Each will be subject to its own term and conditions. Use of coupons for purposes other than stipulated will result in no discount or free item issuance.

Refunds and returns

Physical books and merchandise will be subject to UK law regarding internet purchase if purchased from this website. You may return your purchases within 21 days of delivery for a full refund including original postage costs, if you have returned the item in the original state with the original delivery note. However, we cannot refund your postage and packaging costs for the return.

Ebooks, once successfully downloaded, will not be refunded. A free sample of text may be requested before purchase. This will be at the discretion of Ghost Moth Press. Please contact us for enquiries.
